The problem
One-off technology projects are where things quietly go wrong. A new office gets wired by whoever was cheapest and you're living with the consequences for years. A relocation drags on because nobody owned the plan. A camera system gets installed but never configured properly. Project work needs someone who plans it end to end and is accountable for the result, not a rotating cast of subcontractors.
Our approach
We scope the project properly up front, execute it with senior engineering oversight, and hand it over working. Because we also run ongoing IT, we build projects the way they should be built, to be maintained, not just finished. If we're your managed provider too, the project integrates cleanly into everything else. If it's a standalone job, you still get work that was done right the first time.
